ASB Tree Decorating Contest brings out festivity and creativity

Annika Houck, Senior Editor

In previous years, Burroughs ASB hosted and judged a holiday door decorating contest for clubs and classes on campus. This year they are straying from tradition and the results are just as heart-warming. Clubs, classes, and groups on campus were each encouraged to decorate (or build and decorate) a Christmas tree in the library for this year’s holiday contest.

Judging took place on Monday, Dec. 13th. The AP Lit class’ tree of stacked books and a Shakespeare bobblehead was named the Most Valuable Tree. The Metal classes’ tree took Most Creative Tree.

Congratulations to both winners and to all other participants!

Stop by the BHS Library to see the trees and enjoy the festivity.
