Interact Club is already making its presence known this year as one of the most active service clubs on campus.

Last Saturday, several club members spent their evenings helping out at the RRH Foundation Gala. The Gala sells tickets, appetizers, dinner, dessert, and salad to fundraise for RRH funds.

The Gala is topped off with an auction that earns the RRH Foundation nearly $50,000 each year it is held. It is surely a highlight of the night.

“My favorite part of participating in the Gala was serving the food to the guests, and it gave me the experience of being a waitress,” Interact President Mahnoor Ahmad said. “It was a bit of a challenge to not drop my plate, but I’m thankful for experience and I would definitely do it again.”
