How do you define success?

Success is trying your hardest to overcome challenges in order to reach your final goal.

Favorite thing to do in Ridgecrest or the surrounding area?

My favorite thing to do in Ridgecrest is hanging out with my friends.

Favorite Movie? Why?

My favorite movie is Hidden Figures because it shows how perseverance and determination can overcome severe obstacles that will always be present in day-to-day life.

Favorite school subject? Why?

My favorite school subject is science because it requires more critical thinking than other subjects, and I love how interconnected everything is when looking at it from a scientific perspective.

Most embarrassing or unforgettable (pick one) moment at BHS?

My most embarrassing moment was getting my car keyed in the student parking lot my junior year.

What will you miss most about BHS?

I miss being able to hang out with my friends at lunch in Mr. Jacotin’s room, we always had the most fun being in his classroom.

Who do you look up to the most? Why?

I look up to my parents the most because they have worked hard for everything they have and want to ensure that we get to have experiences and memories that they didn’t get to have when they were our age.

What are your plans after graduation?

My plans after graduation are to go to Cerro Coso for my basics and then transfer out to a University of California as a Nursing Major.

If you could have any animal (real or imaginary) as a pet, what would you pick?

I would have the phoenix from Harry Potter, I love the mythology behind the animal and its meaning to the plot of the Harry Potter books.
